No two transactions are alike, and we love complex transactions that offer liquidity solutions to existing shareholders while also providing growth capital support towards creating a near-term liquidity event in the future.

Typical sectors include software, technology enabled B2B products & services, components and consumer internet. We back European companies with proven products and business models, meaningful revenues and a path to profitability.

Our capital enables companies to accelerate growth and build sizeable businesses, realign their shareholder base and provide liquidity options for early investors, or both. Our initial investments range from €5 million to €15 million. We maintain substantial reserves to continue investing in the future growth and expansion of these companies.
