Each company is unique. Leveraging decades of experience as operators and investors, we structure transactions that best address the target company’s need and combine skills usually found at growth capital, secondary and tech buyout funds.

We target growth stage technology firms that need both, capital to grow their business and liquidity for longstanding shareholders in order to realign the investor syndicate around another 3-5 years of business expansion. Cipio Partners’ capital enables companies to accelerate growth and build sizeable businesses. It also facilitates exits by early backers, providing them with the ability to redeploy their capital elsewhere.

We are more than just capital. We also work diligently to ensure that the right management team is in place to achieve growth targets. We typically join our portfolio company boards and apply our decades of experience in building and exiting technology companies to accelerate scaling growth and eventually positioning the business for a high value exit.

Our initial investments range from €5 million to €15 million with substantial reserves to continue investing in subsequent rounds.
